On Monday, January 26 2026, PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi (INASTEK) held an Emergency Response Simulation and Fire Handling Training activity with the Sleman Regency Fire Department. This activity is part of the company's program during K3 Month and is in line with the theme of National K3 Month, namely "Building a Professional, Reliable, and Collaborative National K3 Management Ecosystem."
As a company operating in the technology sector, INASTEK is committed to prioritizing occupational safety and health which is realized through implementing emergency response simulations and fire handling training. This training is to ensure that all INASTEK workers understand emergency response procedures and are able to take appropriate and safe action if an emergency occurs.
This emergency response simulation and fire handling training activity was attended by all employees from various divisions including operational, technical and management teams. INASTEK employees also actively participated in fire extinguishing drills, including extinguishing fires in gas cylinders and trash cans, as well as actively asking questions to the Sleman Fire Department to strengthen their understanding.
Several employees testified that this training was very important to carry out, as stated by Ulfah Atiqah Sari from the FAT & Purchasing department, "This training is very important, because we can understand how to handle various emergency situations, one of which is a leaking gas cylinder." Siti Mutaqqinah from the HCGA & Human Development department also said the same thing, "This simulation is important to do, because we live in an area that is prone to disasters. So, this simulation can be used as mitigation in the future."
Through emergency response simulation activities and fire handling training, INASTEK hopes to strengthen work safety culture and increase employee competence in dealing with emergency situations. Let's together apply K3 in every work activity, care about each other's risks, and make safety a shared responsibility.
