On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi (INASTEK) held its Annual Meeting, attended by the entire team. This event served as a moment to reflect on the journey and an opportunity to develop more focused steps for the new year.
The event was opened by President Director Yosef Adhitya Duta Dewangga, who expressed his appreciation for the dedication of all employees and emphasized the importance of collaboration, commitment, and a relentless spirit in achieving shared goals. He also explained INASTEK's transformation plans for its sixth year, which undoubtedly further fueled the employees' enthusiasm.
The series of activities continued with a motivational session and presentation by Aa' Kunto, a professional coach. In this session, Aa' Kunto shared his career journey in various industries and presented the Dilts Pyramid as it relates to work motivation. The motivational session is expected to strengthen morale and improve the team's readiness to face dynamic challenges.
The Annual Meeting also included birthday celebrations for several employees, adding to the festive atmosphere. Besides serving as a token of appreciation for their contributions, this event also fostered a sense of togetherness and camaraderie within the workplace.
As the core activity, each company line presented their targets and strategic plans for the year. Following each line's presentation, an evaluation of the previous year's work program and a summary of the company's overall targets were presented. These presentations provided a space for collective reflection to align the company's direction, priorities, and commitments going forward.
